ANDY McARDLE - RHYTHM GUITAR, HARMONICA, VOCALS I learned to play guitar when I was seven years old. I almost always had a harmonica in my pocket. I was thoroughly impressed at a very young age with the likes of Jimi Hendrix, Led Zeppelin, Pink Floyd, Grateful Dead, etc. I also was strongly influenced by Motown as well. I grew up with a guy named Perry Margouleff whose uncle was a music producer. We used to wait until our parents fell asleep and then sneak out of the house and take the train into Manhattan to watch bands working in the studios. We witnessed some great music at studios like Sun Dragon, and Electric Ladyland. Billy Preston, The Ramones, Stevie Wonder, Savoy Brown, Devo were just a few of the names.
After I graduated high school I went on to study classical guitar at the Music and Arts Institute of San Francisco on Jackson Street. I only managed to stay in school a year before going out on my first Dead tour. I learned a lot being around the Grateful Dead - like how to think for myself and question authority. I also learned about the impact that a positive message can have when delivered through music. I saw its ability to completely change the composure of the average human being. There were examples: Like the guy who used to wear a polyester suit and work in a nuclear power plant. After he saw the Dead and experienced psychedelics for the first time, he grew his hair, quit his job, and switched to a life of natural fibers.
I did not actually become an active musician until eight years ago when I started Headcase. Having established a successful manufacturing business it provided me one clear advantage. I wasn't a starving artist. Since then with the help of my fellow band mates I have worked diligently to bring our music to it's current level. We have played everywhere from little college pubs to the Copa Cabana in NYC. We work to convey a message beyond politics or conversation. Our goal is to remind people of the importance of peace, love, and unity through music that simply makes you feel good. |

MARC SPAZIANI - BASS GUITAR, VOCALS Music has a history in my family. My cousin, Larry Santos, wrote the Four Season's first hit, Candy Girl, back in the 60's. My personal music voyage started at the age of three. My parents would show me off to their friends making me play the marching snare part in Paul McCartney's Let 'Em In. To me the part seemed rudimental, but my parents and their friends realized that I had a God-given talent. Although I played the clarinet in school, my real passion was and still is the bass guitar. I am a big Beatles fan. This of course is because my parents were big Beatles fans and had all their records for me to learn from. What better icon to mimic than the man who revolutionized rock n' roll bass playing Sir Paul McCartney. Throughout my later teens and early twenties I also learned to play various instruments and I played in several bands. Singing also became a strong point for me. I enjoyed not only singing the solo parts but I also loved to sing the crucial harmonies that complement the soloist. As a man in my early thirties I've learned to be a team player in the band, realizing that making music enjoyable to our audiences is the goal.

BRIAN WILKENS - LEAD GUITAR, VOCALS Music at it's best transforms me through it's imagery, sound and message. It started by listening to Dylan and the Beatles, Van Morrison, and The Band, in my early twenties. I was touring and recording my own brand of rock and roll. Performing with Headcase has led me to search for what's most important in music, Truth and Emotion.

BOB ANGILLETTA - DRUMS
I LOVE DRUMS! I got my first drum kit when I was 10 years old. Now at 28, after many bands, countless gigs, 6 drumkits, thousands of broken sticks, cross country tours, indie and major label record deals, recording sessions, living in NYC and LA, and many day jobs....I've come full circle. HOME. My travels and experiences (so far) have taught me to recognize that I play drums and music because it brings me and others joy. I enjoy playing and listening to many styles of music, especially classic rock and jazz. More importantly, I love making good music with good people and having good fun doing it. PEACE.
